•         Eat in restaurants rather than takeaway to minimise unnecessary waste 
•         Use reusable shopping bags and avoid single-use plastics
•         Conserve energy by switching off air conditioning and lights when not in use
•         Only book tours and cruises with Ministry of Tourism, Ecuador regulated providers
